Short-term stay terms

The primary guest must confirm the approved dates and guest count, agree to the house rules, accept responsibility for damage beyond ordinary wear, and leave the property at checkout. If your request is approved, the complete rental agreement will show the exact address, access instructions, total charges, applicable tax, cancellation terms, and emergency contact information before payment.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation. The final agreement controls the stay.
